If you wish to recover the world data from your server, you can do so using the guide below for each specific game. 
Alternatively, if you are having issues, we can provide you with a download link that will have a copy of all your server data. 
If the game you have is not on the list below, it either does not have persistent data, or we are unable to provide a backup for it.

Ark: Survival Evolved PC:

You will need to stop your server and create a world backup from Clanforge > World Management tab. 

Once a backup is created, you can download the backup from Clanforge > files > backups.


Battlefield 3:

You can retrieve your “serverID.dat” from Clanforge > Files > ServerID Dat File.


Battlefield 4:

You can retrieve your “serverID.dat” from Clanforge > Files > ServerID Dat File.


Battlefield Bad Company 2:

You can retrieve your “serverID.dat” from Clanforge > Files > ServerID Dat File.


DayZ:

We can only provide backup files for private hive servers. Please ask a member of our support team to get this data for you. 


Eco - Global Survival Game:

World file is available from Clanforge > Files > World Save.


Factorio:

World files are available from Clanforge > Files > Saves.


Farming Simulator 15:

All mods and saves are available from the WebAdmin on Clanforge.


Farming Simulator 17:

All mods and saves are available from the WebAdmin on Clanforge.


Minecraft:

All data is available via Clanforge as shown in the following article: Starbound Backup
or through FTP (FileZilla). See our FTP guide HERE


Rust:

World data and saves are available via Clanforge > Files > (Player Data | Map Save | Map Data).


Space Engineers:

Please contact our support team who will be able to send you these files.


Starbound:

World data is available via Clanforge > Files > Worlds.
