Q. Clanpay - How do I get a refund?
A. Clanpay refunds will be processed by our finance team during the month of March. We will be refunding all contributors who donated £10 or more from the 01/01/2018 - 28/02/2019.

Q. Is there a time limit to get my world data or a refund?
A. Yes. All requests must be submitted by the 31st of January. Anything after may not be processed.
Q. How do I get my saved data off of my server?
A. Please refer to the following article: World Data Backup Instructions (All Games) If you are still unsure how to do this, contact our support team directly by visiting support.multiplay.co.uk. They will then provide you with the data depending on if your game has persistent files or not. We will be taking backups of all persistent files and will be transferring them to our backup machine, which will be ready to provide you with the data.
Q. I have days left on my service, can I get a refund?
A. Yes! We’ve amended our refund policy in order to refund anyone who may have time left on their server beyond 28 February 2019.
Q. How do I get a refund?
A. We will be refunding everyone with a service running later than 28th February 2019. Please contact our support team (support.multiplay.co.uk) who will be happy to process this for you.
Q. How much will I get refunded?
A. We will process a refund based on any remaining days on your service from the 28th February 2019.
Q. What will happen to my user data?
A. As per GDPR, once your server has been deleted and your save data has been transferred, all your user data will be deleted.
Q. What will happen to support?
A. Our support team is still here. We will also continue to help with issues until the 31st March 2019 so that we can help give world and save data over to you.
Q. Does this shutdown effect Voice Communication Servers?
A. Yes, the Voice Communication Servers such as Mumble and Teamspeak will be shut down on the 28th of February 2019 along with the Community Game Servers.
Q. What will happen to my commsviewer or minecraftviewer widget?
A. These will be removed, as they only work on our servers.
