By design, the anti cheat software 'Battleye' locks the server config file so that the password can not be accidentally changed. To get round this lock in order to change the password, you will need to do the following:
1. Stop your server and then click on the files tab in Clanforge
2. Change the drop down box from "Admin logs" to "BEconfigs"
3. Delete any files that have "BEServer_x64" in it's name. You will need to use the tick boxes on the left to select the files, then the option to delete them will pop up on the right.
4. Once you've deleted the files, you are now able to set a new password. This can be done by clicking the "Edit profile" button on the left of the page, and then finding the "Admin Password" text box. You need to change the password and then hit the save & apply button. This will force the system to create a new "BEServer_64" config file, which in turn will also have the updated admin password in it.
If you have followed these steps correctly, you should now be able to use RCON to connect to your server. If you have any issues with this, please feel free to contact our support team who will be more than happy to help :)
