Space Engineers is a little more involved than standard games.

Firstly before adding mods to the world, they must be downloaded to the server. To download them you will need to:

1. Log in to Clanforge

2. Click on your Server Name, or the small, blue "Manage" button to the right of the page

3. Click on "Edit Profile" and go to the Config tab

4. Edit the "SpaceEngineers-Dedicated.cfg" file

5. Find the line that starts with <Mods and change it to have the mods you'd like. I've included an example below these steps

6. Save the config, and restart the server

The only part we're looking at is between <Mods> and </Mods> however there is more code provided for reference.

You can add them to your server .cfg file like so:

  <Mods>
    <unsignedLong>295393908</unsignedLong>
    <unsignedLong>298550266</unsignedLong>
    <unsignedLong>298952246</unsignedLong>
  </Mods>
  <GroupID>0</GroupID>
  <ServerName />
  <WorldName />
  <PauseGameWhenEmpty>false</PauseGameWhenEmpty>
  <IgnoreLastSession>false</IgnoreLastSession>
</MyConfigDedicated>

To then add mods to an existing world you will need to:

1. Log in to Clanforge
2. Click on your Server Name, or the small, blue "Manage" button to the right of the page

3. Stop the server (This is VERY important, else SpaceEngineers will overwrite the world)
4. Open the World tab below the server info and then proceed to make a 'Backup' of the world.
5.
Download a backup of this Universe from the Files tab

6. Open the backup and look for a sandbox.sbc file and open this in your text editor. (This is your world)
7. Scroll to the line that begins with:
<Mods>
8. Edit the lines adding a section for every mod (example below these instructions)
9. Save the changes and then proceed to Upload.

10. Once uploaded open the backups dropdown inside of the World tab and select the most recent one (the one you uploaded).

11. Click on "Restore a Backup" to restore it. This will restart the server to apply it.

Here is an example of 3 mods added to the sandbox.sbc file.
The numbers correspond to the steamworkshop ID of the mods.

<Mods>
    <ModItem>
      <Name>295393908.sbm</Name>
      <PublishedFileId>295393908</PublishedFileId>
    </ModItem>
    <ModItem>
      <Name>298550266.sbm</Name>
      <PublishedFileId>298550266</PublishedFileId>
    </ModItem>
    <ModItem>
      <Name>298952246.sbm</Name>
      <PublishedFileId>298952246</PublishedFileId>

  </Mods>

You can use these steps to upload Space Engineer saves directly through Clanforge, here's how:

3. Open the World tab below the server info
