We often find that customers with this error have another problem with their card. This could be insufficient funds in the account, an incorrect security code, an expired card etc.
If several attempted payments are made with a declining card, this can trigger a fraud error.
To overcome this, you need to identify the original problem with the card and then wait 24 hours to attempt another payment.
