[Resolved] hud18 services unavailable

Currently there is an issue with machine "hud18" affecting all services on the machine.  Our team is looking into this now and will provide an update when we have more information.

Update - This machine is now back online and all services have been restored.  Woot!

Hern5 SSD Issues

It appears that the SSD has died once again for this machine, we will be swapping out the drives and restoring you data as quickly as possible. Sorry once again for the inconveniences this has caused you.

We are currently working to resolve an issue with our rue306 machine preventing gameservers on it from functioning properly - we will have it back online and working in top order again as soon as possible.

hern5 SSD replacement

After a brief, unexpected outage, we have just replaced the failed SSD in machine hern5.

All services are now running as normal. Any issues should be reported to the Support Team.

Minecraft 1.7.8 Update

Minecraft has been updated to the latest 1.7.8.
You must apply a vanilla profile to use this new version, 
Creating a new Minecraft profile.
1. Navigate to your server on your Clanforge profile.
2. Click the "Create new profile" button on the left side of the page
3. Create a new profile, selecting the desired options from the drop down box (Make sure you select vanilla instead of another mod on the choose a mod box)
4. Name, save and apply the profile.

This is now version 1.7.8. Restart to update

When the devs are happy we'll bring the servers back online and re-update this newspost.

Rust Oxide Hotfix

We're Rolling out a quick hotfix which should hopefully address the Buffer errors that users have been seeing:

"Exception: Trying to read past the buffer size - likely caused by mismatching Write/Reads, different size or order."

All Oxide servers will restart to apply these changes.

[Resolved] WDC11 Emergency Maintenace

We have identified an issue with Rust Oxide on this machine and shall be taking all servers offline for some quick maintenance in hope to fix this.

Servers should not see any loss of data with regards to this maintenance.

Update 10:30 - Servers shutting down now. 

Update 11:27 - Users have been restored back to their last backup however oxide now appears to be working for all users on this machine.
