1. Log-on to http://www.paypal.com

2. Click 'Profile' in the top right

3. Click 'My Money' on the left hand pane.

4. Click 'My pre-approved payments'5. Find the relevant payments & click 'Cancel'.

3. Click 'My pre-approved payments'

4. Select the relevant payment & click 'Cancel'.
This should cancel the recurring payment and allow you to pay manually.

]]> <![CDATA[Billing - Cancel server]]> You can cancel your service at Clanforge -> Account -> Cancel Service. 

Please remember to cancel any recurring payments within PayPal.

]]> <![CDATA[Billing - Refund Policy]]> Multiplay provide an initial 5 day refund policy. After this, renewal periods are binding and refunds cannot be offered.

Please be aware of the following when ordering a server:

Addons / Mods for games may be unstable or feature incomplete which can cause performance issues (aka lag).

Depending on the quality of the server code and ancillary services provided by the developers and / or publishers; servers may be missing features, not perform as expected and may be unstable / crash, by purchasing a server you agree that such issues are beyond the control of Multiplay.


]]> <![CDATA[Billing - Upgrade server]]> You can upgrade your service to include more slots, debranding, additional games or game-specific features (such as memory in Minecraft).

To do this:

  • Go to Clanforge and then click the 'Manage Games', ' Manage Slots' or 'Manage Memory' buttons at the bottom of the page.
  • Configure everything as you'd like it. This could include adding new games, slots, memory etc.
  • Click 'Calculate' and then 'Checkout' on the next page.

Once the payment has been completed you will be able to make the changes that you've just paid for.
