Clanforge - Changing game or mod

If you haven't already you can create new profiles by either duplicating an existing one or using the new profile wizard located under ClanForge -> Profiles -> new.

Once you have created a new profile for your server e.g. a match profile or another mod, you need to apply this to the server.
To do this simply go to ClanForge -> Servers, select the server you wish to change and click the edit button at the bottom of your browsers window.

You are now presented with a dialog where you can select your new profile. If the profile is for a different game / mod select the relevant options in the drop downs so that your profile is listed. Once you have your profile selected simply press click save and your server will restart using your new profile.

Clanforge - Changing server graphic, name and welcome message

Restrictions
You can only remove Multiplay.co.uk from your server name or change the server graphic if you purchased the De-branded option with your server.
If you didn't purchase this option but would now like it simply raise a ticket for Accounts and they will provide your with the detail on the amount due.

Changing the server name
This couldn't be simpler, in ClanForge -> Profiles select the profile you wish to change, click edit update the field name Server Name and click save. Your server will restart with the new name.

Changing the welcome message
Some games support a "welcome" message this can generally be found in your servers config either a separate file e.g. MOTD.txt for CounterStrike or as a variable in the main config file or Setting.
To change this edit your profile, change the relevant option and click save. Your server will restart with the new message.

Changing the server graphic
Some games support a "server graphic" this can be found in your servers config e.g. sv.sponsorLogoURL and sv.communityLogoURL for BattleField 2.
To change this edit your profile, change the value and click save. Your server will restart with the new graphic.

Note: The BattleField client caches images permanently so to update the graphic you need to change the name of the file.

Clanforge - Finding Rcon, Query and Admin port

You can find out all the ports for you server from ClanForge -> Server -> Details. This includes the rcon port aka admin port, query port and even the game port.

Clanforge - Reset Password / Problems logging in

You can login to http://clanforge.multiplay.co.uk with your email address and password. You will have specified these during the order process.

If you can't login, first ensure your account is activated by checking your inbox AND spam folder for any activation emails.

Once you have activated your account and you still can't login, try resetting your password over at http://www.multiplay.co.uk/account/recover

Clanforge - Switching between Ventrilo and Teamspeak

To change your voice comms server from one to the other please go to:

ClanForge -> Accounts -> Extras and select the required item from the list:
* Not Required
* Teamspeak
* Ventrillo

Once you have changed the option you just need to click save.

Users then need check their servers page for new server details.

Warning: When you change your comm's option its ip and port will change and ALL previous settings will be lost so ensure your really want to change before using this option.
