We have been made aware that there are ways to avoid a password on CS:GO servers, affecting all providers worldwide. We have notified Valve of the issue and are actively working with them to get this fixed as soon as possible.

For now you should assume that the password functionality is broken and treat it as non-existent for the sake of administrating your server. We'll update as soon as we have more information.
