Machine maintenance

We will be taking the following machines down for maintenance on the SSDs within them immediately. This will fix all performance issues servers are experiencing related to the SSDs. This is expected to last up to 60 minutes in total.

Update: lax12 is now complete.
Update 2: lax14 is now complete. tor05 is resisting so it will be a little bit longer for it.
Update 3: A minor issue was encountered while completing tor05. This machine has been brought back online and will be re-announced again later on once this is fully completed.
