We are performing some emergency maintenance on the War of the Roses servers at this current time.

We expect this maintenance to take a few hours at maximum.

Update @ 17:52 GMT - We are currently rolling out a patch to all machines to correct an issue whereby some servers are not appearing in the browser. Your server will be restarted when this patch has deployed. We will update this newspost when all machines are back up and running. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Update @ 0228 GMT:  All servers will now be restarted to repair the earlier issues.

We are now rebooting our aus15 machine to resolve an issue causing extreme problems for all services on the machine. There may be some slight world rollback, but performance going forward will see a significant improvement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Blaze servers will be rebooting shortly to resolve some issues with Blaze authentication issues.

This should have a minor effect on services briefly.

The Fre302 machine is currently having some hardware issues which are being investigated at this current time.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are trying to restore service to this machine as fast as we can.

Update: This machine has been restored.

All Battlefield Heroes, Battlefield Play4Free and Battlefield 3 servers will be offline today from 9:00am GMT for 3 hours for scheduled network maintenance.

All servers will be unavailable during this time we will update this post when the maintenance is completed.

We are currently investigating a network-related issue with our fracomms02 machine causing all services on it to be unavailable or otherwise inaccessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to return everything to full service as quickly as possible.

We are aware that our machine torcomms01 is currently having network issues. We suspect it to be a DDoS attack. We are investigating the problem and hope to have a solution soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing, and thank you for your patience.

We are aware of some network issues with services in Australia at the moment; we believe this to be the results of a large DDoS attack.

We are working with the provider to mitigate this attack as best we can.

Please bear with us as we restore the services to normal.
