We've just rolled out an update to Left 4 Dead 2. In order to prevent impacting current games, you'll need to restart your server to pick the update up.

1) In Clanforge, navigate to the Servers tab

2) Check the box next to your L4D2 Server's name

3) Click Restart

4) Your server should now be up to date. If it's not, please submit a ticket to our Support Staff at http://support.multiplay.co.uk/ - or contact us on Live Support.

We are currently experiencing an issue with atl3 that may be causing an element of lag for Minecraft servers hosted on it. Our 2nd line team are working to resolve this and further updates will be posted here soon.

We are aware of an update to Team Fortress 2, and we are updating the software now.  The updates should be ready within the hour.

All servers have been automatically restarted to pick up the update.

We are currently aware of and working to fix disk issues on the following machines:

• Blade21
• Blade33 Fixed
• Blade46
• chgbld02
• ldn2
• ldn10
• ldn20
• ldn39
• se13 Disk replaced.

Unless listed for replacement, we have developed a fix for the issues these machines are experiencing and will roll it out as soon as possible. We will get these issues resolved as soon as possible, but until then users on these machines may experience lag or inability to start their servers. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding of this issue.

Update @ Friday 16:00 We've done a number of kernel tweaks which required a reboot on the machines above.  We will keep an eye on these machines over the weekend & review the performance.
